Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Processing Time

Please allow 5-14 business days depending on shipping method, for your order to arrive on items that are in high demand. Most orders should arrive within 5-10 business days.

Once an order is processed and shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you, so you can track your package. If more than 10 days have passed, please email us at info@illuminatecannabis.ca to review the status of your order. If an order is not received in the time allowed, then you will be eligible for a refund.
